Mr. Boisclair's campaign is running three TV ads in prime time that focus on abortion, the threat of Islamic Sharia law to American liberty, and the brutal killings of Christians in Islamic countries under Sharia law. Mr. Boiclair utilizes the FCC rules for federal candidates that mandate the TV stations run the TV ads of federal candidates unedited, and uncensored.

Gary Boisclair is part of a team of eight pro-life Christian federal candidates - led by this author - running this year in various states. There are seven candidates running in the general election, and all of them are running similar ads in the general election.

MINNEAPOLIS, MN (Catholic Online) - While most of the national press focuses on the Presidential election, a Minnesota primary race for the U.S. House of Representatives is making significant waves, and garnering substantial media attention in the Twin Cities: challenger Gary Boisclair vs. incumbent Keith Ellison.

Mr. Ellison is a Muslim, known as the first Congressman to swear his oath of office on a Koran. He has frequently used his voice in congressional hearings to quell criticism against Muslims in particular, and Islam in general.

Mr. Ellison - a Democrat - is also a staunch supporter of Planned Parenthood, abortion, and "homosexual marriage."

Gary Boisclair is a devout Catholic, and a fulltime "pro-life missionary" working with the Society for Truth and Justice in the Washington DC area.

What has raised the ire of Mr. Boisclair's political opponents is his use of graphic images of babies killed by abortion, the images of Christians killed by Islamic terrorists, and quoting passages of the Koran that say that Christians are blasphemers who should be killed. Mr. Boisclair has received many abusive emails as well as death threats as a result of his message.

Representative Ellison's campaign responded to the ads, saying: "Mr. Boisclair's television ads are clearly designed to divide Minnesotans and spread fear.Representative Ellison is a proud advocate for inclusion, dialogue and a woman's right to access comprehensive reproductive health care."

In response, Mr. Boisclair said, "The Minneapolis/St. Paul area is reeling from the bold declarations I have made regarding child-killing and Sharia Law. I know I have made some people uncomfortable, but faithfulness to the truth sometimes requires this."

Gary Boisclair is part of a team of eight pro-life Christian federal candidates - led by this author - running this year in various states. There are seven candidates running in the general election, and all of them are running similar ads in the general election.

The overarching message of the TV ads is that a Christian cannot vote for Obama in good conscience, because President Obama promotes the abortion of babies, and is attacking the Church and religious liberty through his HHS mandate which mandates the Church and other Christian institutions to pay for drugs that kill the unborn.

Lets ask Mr Ellison. Why does he as a Muslim support homosexualty and abortion? Why is Ellison breaking Ethics law when his hajj trip was paid for by someone else. His trip was not part of any official trip by a member of Congress. Mr Ellison please answer these questions?

Just because you are afraid of Mr. Ellison doesn't mean you should make up stories from whole cloth. Mr. Ellison is your neighbor, and you have borne false witness against him.

How about not committing false witness? There are pro-life democrats, but Mr. Bosclair's website doesn't contain an iota of information consistent with being a Dem - he's running on false pretenses in the primary the same way Lyndon Larouche supporters have in the past.

We need to understand WHY we are fighting...and WHY we should STOP apologizing for the Crusades which was a rational RESPONSE to MUSLIM terrorism!!

We need to understand that Islam means “peace” IF (huge “IF” here) when one (a muslim) “submits and surrenders” to their (sharia) way of life and to their moon-god-allah.

If you don’t “submit and surrender”, there is NO PEACE…never has, is, and will be.

Look to their source documents that drive this madness like the Koran. The Koran encompasses over 60% of its content with how to convert, enslave, hold ransom, tax (called jizya in Arabic), punish…(even WIFE BEAT in Koran 4:34), fight and yes…KILL non-Muslims and those “not-Muslim-enough”!!

Islam is nothing close to “peace”…it is a declaration of war against everything NOT- Muslim!!

Mike Savick: Keith Ellison is an active member in the Muslim Brotherhood. Does that not bother you? We have Muslim Brotherhood members in this administration including the WH. Does that not bother you? They hold positions in our Security Depts. and they along with Obama have purged all data regarding Muslim radical jihadists from all the data in Washington. Does that not bother you? The FBI was told to purge everything regarding Muslim terrorists. Does that not bother you? Ellison took his oath on a Qur'an. And by making your comment about Thomas Jefferson's Qur'an, you are implying thatThomas Jefferson was a muslim, which is totally false. Thomas Jefferson was a Christian. He always signed his documents "in the year of Our Lord, Christ." The reason Thomas Jefferson had a Qur'an is because he was having conflicts with the muslims. He was wondering why they would lie to him about wanting peace and turn around and cause conflict. So he wanted to read the Qur'an and when he did he found out that Islam is no friend to anyone. There is no room for Sharia Law in the US. We have our Constitution and if anyone chooses to live here, they are to follow our laws only. That's what one does when one leaves their country to live in the US. Do you think that if I moved to one of their countries, they would let me follow our Constitution and my religion. You have a lot of history researching to do. Especially about Islam. They do NOT want peace, they want DOMINATION! God bless.

How about Gary speaking against the "Gay Marriage" support of Ellison who himself is an Apostate Muslim & make not it a taboo to speak against it.

All congressmen have an official group swearing in and many also have a private ceremony with whichever holy book they choose. In Representative Ellison's case, Thomas Jefferson's Koran. If you wish to have the freedom to practice Cannon Law within the context of Federal and State law and constitutional protection than you must also believe in Representative Ellison's right to believe in Islam and practice Sharia Law within the same legal and constitutional boundaries. Remember there was a time when Catholics were treated as a mistrusted minority and the pendulum could swing back if you use this line of fear and hatred toward other religions. Personally I have never heard an American Muslim state the desire to impose Sharia Law on anyone besides themselves. I certainly have never heard Representative Keith Ellison in person or in print proclaim any desire to impose Sharia Law. As a state representative, Ellison has worked well with many social service agencies including Jewish Family and Children's Services and Christian NGOs. This phony attack could endanger all of our religious freedoms.
